Guangdong Qin-Tech new energy thermal insulation cotton automatic assembly machine, the production process is to insert the aerogel into the four inner cavities of the silicone frame, put a PE film on the front and back of the assembly, into the pressing equipment, complete the assembly and automatic loading and unloading action. The pressing time with hot press is 15-20 seconds, which can save labor and improve productivity.

 Equipment Introduction:
1. The maximum size of heat insulation cotton is 400*400mm;
2. The pressing time with hot press is 15-20 seconds;
3. Automatic feeding of aerogel and silicone frame;
4. The incoming material of upper and lower PET film is in the form of roll material.


 Customer production process:
The aerogel is inserted into the four inner cavities of the silicone frame
Put a PE film on both sides and assemble it
Feeding pressing equipment
Complete assembly and automatic loading and unloading action

Process flow:
1. Feida discharging, manipulator suction PE film into the assembly platform (platform fixture is divided into two layers, the top can be grabbed and moved
2. The manipulator absorbs the silicone frame and puts it into the assembly platform
3. The manipulator absorbs four pieces of heat insulation cotton into the silicone frame cavity, and releases the heat insulation sheet pressing mechanism to press the heat insulation sheet
4. Feida discharge, manipulator suction top PE diaphragm into the film
5. The transplanting module will move the assembled product to the feeding grasping manipulator area
6. Grab the product fixture and transfer it to the pressing machine. Rotate the Angle to make the product slide into the pressing machine
7. The manipulator will put the top fixture back on the platform
8. The mechanical arm is good at absorbing and pressing the products into the finished product line
9. Take material manually, repeat 1~8
