Product Features
The whole machine includes the material rack part, the tension mechanism (optional), the correction mechanism (optional), the upper nose line part, the shape welding part, the folding forming, the shape cutting part, the welding earband part, and the finished product output. It adopts servo motor, ultrasonic welding technology, CCD visual inspection and sorting, and mask packaging in one production line operation.
1. Material rack part: automatic feeding, the brake cooperates with the controller to ensure the material tension.
2. Tension mechanism: The tension system can keep the tension of the raw materials constant and make the force uniform, so as to reduce defects and save materials.
3. Deviation correction mechanism: It can keep the raw materials in the middle position and prevent deviation, so as to reduce defects and save materials.
4. The part of the nose bridge: the speed regulating motor is used to control the automatic delivery of the nose bridge and the tooth mold ultrasonic welding
5. Shape welding part: Customized tooth mold cooperates with ultrasonic wave to complete the texture welding.

7. Shape cutter part: custom cutter, hob and shape.
8. Flip part: It can be flipped according to the welding method of the mask.
9. Earband welding: the use of full servo control has high efficiency and can be as high as 80PCS (±10%) per minute, and the maintenance cost is low in the later period. The earband wire welding is completed with ultrasonic waves.
10. Finished product output: The finished product of the mask is output to the visual inspection system.
11. CCD visual inspection: inspection of defective products of finished masks, NG is automatically rejected.
12. Automatic packaging of finished masks: After the visual inspection is OK, the finished masks are automatically packaged and output.
