Hardware advantage

T-axis positioning and mounting materials:
T-axis CCD:
Equipped with a rare T-axis CCD in the industry, the machine can position the material coming out of the Feeder while the machine is running.
Advantage:
Positioning for large size and ultra-small size (3*3mm) materials can ensure that the suction nozzle can take the center of the material every time, which provides good stability for the placement accuracy and the success rate of picking materials.
Software description
Position:
CCD identification standard mark point positioning;
1. The head camera precisely positions the product to ensure the accuracy and stability of the fitting coordinates.
2. The bottom camera performs contour positioning on the laminated material to ensure accurate and stable.
3. After the fitting is completed, you can check whether to read the QR code and upload it to the MES system.
