• The laser marking machine will generate toner during the marking process, which needs to be completed by two processes of fan cleaning and vacuuming, so as to clean the surface of the PCB board.

• The MLM-320 equipment operating platform is fixed and immovable, the laser width is 300×300mm, and the marking speed is 0.9s (5×5mm two-dimensional code).
• The MLM-120XY equipment operating platform is an XY movable platform, which can run automatically according to the program, thereby expanding the marking format of the laser to achieve a maximum marking surface of 250 × 330mm, marking format: 2s (5 × 5mm two-dimensional code), Size of engraved characters: 0.3~90mm.
• The MLM-120 equipment operating platform is fixed and does not move, the laser width is 110×110mm, the marking speed is 1.2s (5×5mm QR code), and the size of the engraved characters: 0~90mm.
• Keyence's ultra-small SR-600 QR code reader imported from Japan can read QR codes accurately and at high speed, and efficiently avoid personnel reading errors.
