Intelligent automatic waste power battery recovery recycling production line equipment features:

3. The equipment can realize automatic dismantling of screws, automatic cutting, fine dismantling, and other unmanned intelligent operations.

Intelligent full-automatic waste power battery recovery and recycling production line equipment process introduction.

It consists of pre-stocking treatment, an intelligent three-dimensional warehouse, a battery dismantling production line, testing equipment, a laddering assembly line, a recycling production line, and an MES system of lithium battery comprehensive recycling intelligent production line. Battery packs are first pre-treated before storage after arriving at the factory, and the pre-treatment is completed on the roller assembly line.

After pre-treatment, the battery packs are forked into the three-dimensional warehouse or directly forked into the battery disassembly production line for disassembly, the battery packs are first disassembled into core modules for electrical performance testing, qualified core modules for laddering utilization, and unqualified core modules continue to be disassembled into single cores, and continue to carry out electrical performance testing of single cores, qualified single cores for laddering assembly and utilization, and unqualified waste cores enter into the recycling production line. The unqualified single cell will be assembled and utilized step by step, and the unqualified scrapped cells will enter the recycling line.

The positive electrode material, electrolyte, shell material, diaphragm, and negative electrode material in the lithium battery single cell are fully recovered through a suitable process; the whole production process is managed and monitored by the MES system of lithium battery integrated recycling intelligent production line, which is specially customized and developed for the recycling process of waste lithium battery packs to realize the automated management of the product data, and to build a systematic product traceability system and a digital information management system.
