Line body requirements

Description of feeder and lifting mechanism:

1. The station is the manual feeding tray area

2. To buffer the waiting area, when one area is used up, the rotary table rotates to move the full area to the upper area;

3. The station is the reclaiming tray station;

4. The station is the buffer area of the disk to be loaded.

Description of printing and labeling mechanism:

1. The label printed by the printer shall not be attached to the platform;

2. The labeling module drives the labeling head to absorb labels and stick them on the material tray;

3. When two labels need to be pasted, the program controls the printer to print the label content in the opposite direction, so that the label absorption head does not have to rotate 180 degrees;

4. Y-axis and Z-axis use private motors to ensure the mounting speed.
