The equipment adopts the customer's existing upper and lower shell bracket mechanism to realize convenient installation and removal of brackets and can be put back into the belt line after the automatic shell loading is completed. The equipment can suck and install 6 mobile phone cases at one time, and complete the suction installation of 24 mobile phone cases in about 13S, which greatly improves the efficiency. The hourly efficiency of one machine can be approximately equal to the working efficiency of 6 people per hour. The nozzle adopts a quick release type, which is convenient and quick to switch between different products. The whole mobile equipment is equipped with casters + anti-vibration foot support, which is convenient for moving the equipment and ensures the stability and reliability of the machine.

Equipment process description

1. Manual feeding, first install the bracket to the bracket installation place, and then put the phone case on the place where the phone case is placed.

2. After placing the 6 mobile phone cases, the sensor senses that the materials are complete, the module drives the fitting components to run to the place where the mobile phone cases are placed, the lift servo motor drives the fitting components to descend, and sucks the mobile phone case through the suction cup.

3. When the module comes to pick up the material, the jacking assembly rises, the horizontal cylinder moves, supports and pushes the bracket (to prevent the bracket from being installed in place).

4. The module moves to the place where the bracket is placed, and the lift servo motor drives the fitting component to descend, and the fitting action is completed by the profiling jig.

5. The lifting servo motor drives the fitting component to rise, the horizontal cylinder resets, the jacking component falls, the motor drives the gear to rotate, and drives the bracket to rotate 90 degrees.

Mainly adjust the position of the mobile phone case of different sizes by adjusting the left and right limit plates and the front and rear limit plates by referring to the scale, so that they can be placed at the center origin, so as to avoid the problem of repositioning the origin when replacing the mobile phone case. And it is also convenient to replace mobile phone cases of different sizes.
