The prototype is upgraded, optimized and simplified to improve efficiency; the design idea of the original model is to completely separate the three materials of the positive electrode sheet, the negative electrode sheet and the separator paper, so the idea of the second-generation mass production machine designed by our company is to The equipment process is simplified and accelerated, and the negative electrode sheet, positive electrode sheet and separator paper are respectively dropped on the belt line for output;

The average work efficiency is 45s to remove a cell; our company estimates that it can be done faster based on previous equipment experience. Flow Description:

1. The worker puts the product in the positioning fixture. There is a sensor in the fixture to determine whether there is a battery cell. After confirmation, the robot automatically grabs it; the subsequent feeding can be based on the docking layout of other equipment, and the automatic feeding interface is reserved;

2. The 6-axis manipulator grabs the product and moves it to the battery pack disassembly mechanism for auxiliary disassembly

3. The disassembled negative electrode, positive electrode sheet, separator paper and products are sent out from the conveyor line
